| 1. 何謂葡萄酒 |
葡萄酒Wine，其定義是＂ 葡萄汁發酵過的酒精性飲料＂。
原料必需完全是葡萄，如果是其他果汁發酵釀造而來的，譬如說桃子，黑莓等等，那就得叫Peach wine, blackberry wine 等等。
葡萄做的酒因為實在是太太普及了，所以就不叫Grape Wine 而直接稱之為Wine 了。我們講Wine，就是指葡萄酒了。
葡萄酒其實可以進一步蒸餾，而得到另一種烈酒，稱之為白蘭地Brandy。但白蘭地跟葡萄酒味道差異太大... |

| 2. 葡萄酒大類 |
葡萄酒，依其品種(Varietal)跟釀造方式，可分成五大類。
- 香檳Champagne, Sparkling wine, or Cava (in Spanish)
- 白酒White, Blanc(French)
- 紅酒Red, Rouge(French), Rojo (Spanish)
- 玫瑰紅Rose(發音是發成Rosai, sai 音節加重音)
- 甜酒Dessert wine or Sweet wine... |
